Job DescriptionDescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Label Purchasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, reviewing vendor proofs, and procuring materials to ensure the smooth operation of our supply chain.
Responsibilities:- Manage the label procurement process from identifying suppliers to negotiating contracts- Collaborate with vendors to obtain the best terms for purchases and delivery timelines- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials- Review vendor proofs to ensure only high quality prints are produced and received- Identify and communicate any supply chain disruptors that interfere with delivery timelines- Verify shipments are properly reconciled against both purchase orders and billing invoices
Skills:- Proficiency in Excel- Strong attention to detail- Knowledge of procurement processes and best practices- Excellent communication skills
