Job Description:
- Set up and operate Citizen L12, L20, and L32 Swiss-style CNC machines
- Make program edits using ESPRIT CAM software
- Perform quick, accurate setups and changeovers
- Interpret and work from custom and production blueprints
- Manage the full machining process: setups, tooling changes, program edits, loading, and troubleshooting
- Conducting-process inspections to ensure top-tier quality
- Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to improve processes
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of CNC Swiss setup experience (Citizen preferred)
- Strong command of G&M code and program editing
- Proficiency in CAD and CAM software(ESPRIT experience a plus)
- Excellent blueprint reading and shop math skills
- Familiarity with precision measuring tools and inspection techniques
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $93000.00/yr.
