What Youll Need:

Masters degree in SpeechLanguage Pathology from an accredited program (required)
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical petence (SLPCCC)
-
Active Montana license from the Montana Board of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists
-
At least 400 clock hours of supervised clinical practicum (minimum 375 hours of direct service)
-
36 weeks (or equivalent) of Paid Clinical Experience (PCE) under a provisional or temporary license
-
Passing score on the Praxis exam (or equivalent)
-
Demonstrated good moral character and a clear criminal background check
-
2+ years of school-based SLP experience (preferred)

Bilingual candidates strongly preferred (especially Spanish-English)

Prior teletherapy experience is a bonus

Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated home workspace

What Youll Do:

Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and submit progress reports

Follow Montana Office of Public Instruction (OPI) and licensure documentation requirements

Utilize digital tools to enhance student engagement and outes

Licensing & Credential Highlights (Montana):

Montana licensure requires a Masters degree, supervised practicum, passing Praxis exam, and pletion of a clinical fellowship
