Title: Assembler

Location: Newbury Township, OH

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Enjoy a 3-day weekend!)

Salary: $18-$24/hr - based on experience

Assembler Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly of printed circuit boards (PCBs) and medical device lines.

• Prepare wires by stripping and tinning them for connection.

• Solder wires to various types of connectors (ranging from basic to complex).

• Follow technical directions and diagrams to ensure high-quality production.

• Maintain a clean and safe workstation in a collaborative team environment.

About You:

• Experience: Open to different levels of experience. They are willing to train candidates with a strong work ethic.

• Skills: Manual dexterity and a steady hand for detailed work.

• Attitude: A positive, "willing to learn" mindset

• Screening: Must be able to pass a background check (case-by-case basis) and a 4-panel drug screen (excludes THC).

• Soldering Test: candidates will perform a basic soldering test during the interview to determine starting pay level, this is not pass or fail.

• Certification: willing to get you certified in soldering if you are not already!
