Status: Full Time (4-5 days per week)
Salary: $200,000-$350,000

Clinical Responsibilities:
- Conduct all fundamental dental procedures.

- Collaborate with the lead doctor on implant cases.
- Operate independently with full autonomy, while receiving support without micromanagement.

We are a second-generation practice with over 40 years of community service and a solid growth history. Following a merger in 2023, we now operate from a modern, tech-savvy facility featuring eight operatories and over 4,000 active patients. We welcome an average of 27+ new patients each month and are projected to exceed $2M in collections this year. Our practice environment is designed to foster independence, with dedicated spaces including two operatories, a lab, sterilization area, and shared hygienists. You will have the freedom to treat patients autonomously while having access to mentorship as needed. Our culture emphasizes low drama, high efficiency, and continuous clinical development.
