Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A per diem Physical Therapist position is available for Extended School Year (ESY) services in Huntingdon County, PA. This role involves providing in-person PT services at two nearby school sites over the summer 2026 period. The schedule accommodates a limited caseload with flexible hours, ideal for professionals seeking summer contract work in a school setting.

Location:

• Huntingdon County, PA (two schools within 15-20 minutes of each other)

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to students during the ESY program
• Deliver therapy sessions as scheduled:
  • 6/23/267/16/26: Serve 4 students with varying session lengths (30 to 45 minutes), multiple times per week
  • 6/22/268/3/26: Serve 1 student with session details to be confirmed
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation following all PDE (Pennsylvania Department of Education) requirements
• Collaborate with school staff to support student therapy goals

Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist licensure meeting PDE requirements
• Experience in school-based physical therapy preferred
• Ability and commitment to provide services in-person only
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility for per diem scheduling during the ESY dates
