We are seeking enthusiastic and professional individuals to provide temporary administrative support during the busy holiday season. These short-term assignments are perfect for candidates who enjoy learning new things and interacting with people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally

  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous manner

  • Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in an administrative role

  • Skills:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word

    • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and maintain a positive attitude

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
