Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies that align with client needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding product offerings, updates, and feedback.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements that benefit both the client and the company.
- Utilize system for tracking client interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics.
- Lead business development efforts to expand the client base and enhance service offerings.
- Provide leadership and support to junior team members as needed
Skills
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within sales teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interactions.
- Negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for contracts and agreements.
- Sales experience is a plus, but not necessary.
- Leadership abilities to guide team initiatives and mentor colleagues.
