Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Radiology Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Experienced Radiology Techs with a passion for delivering high-quality imaging services will find a dynamic environment in this specialized Radiology department. This contract opportunity provides exposure to a wide range of modalities and patient care settings throughout a premier medical center.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Shifts vary, starting between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM
  • 8-hour or 10-hour shift options (examples: 7:30 AM–6:00 PM)
  • Weekend coverage and potential holiday work as needed
  • On-call as required

Qualifications:

  • Current ARRT certification and Washington State Radiologic Technologist license (must be active at submission)
  • Current BLS certification
  • At least 1 year of professional experience across General Radiology, Fluoroscopy, and OR settings
  • Proficiency operating O-arm, C-arm, and digital radiography (DR/CR) systems
  • Familiarity with Cerner Power Chart, GE Centricity RIS, and Philips Intellispace PACS
  • ER radiology experience preferred
  • Agency must provide Rad Badge

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct imaging procedures across General Radiology (x-ray), Outpatient Clinic, Inpatient and Outpatient Fluoroscopy, Ortho Clinic, ER, and CCU/OR environments
  • Adapt to floating between areas based on staffing needs, rotating weekly
  • Perform Fluoroscopy and OR imaging, including O-arm and C-arm operations
  • Process an average of 6-7 C-arm scans/day in the OR, 10 Fluoro studies/day, and 73 general x-rays/day
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic record systems
  • Follow department protocols and uphold safety and patient care standards

Additional Details:

  • Navy, gray, or a mix of navy and gray scrubs required (provided in OR)
  • Parking available for a fee; no hospital reimbursement
  • Comprehensive orientation and daily rotational training provided
