Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and personable Bilingual Bank Teller to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As part of a non-profit credit union, this role emphasizes delivering exceptional service while performing accurate financial transactions.
Responsibilities:
• Process a variety of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account transfers.
• Address account inquiries and provide tailored solutions to meet members' financial needs.
• Promote and educate members about credit union products and services to strengthen relationships.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures while maintaining accurate transaction records.
• Balance cash drawer daily and quickly resolve any discrepancies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and positive experience for all members.
• Collaborate with team members to support overall branch operations and member satisfaction.
• Travel occasionally to assist other branches when needed.• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial institution or customer service role.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external customers.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing customer inquiries.
• Strong skills in data entry, email correspondence, and scheduling appointments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting.
• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage order entry efficiently and accurately.
