Our organization is seeking to recruit a full-time Cardiology Nurse Practitioner to become a vital part of our growing cardiology practice.
With over two decades of cardiology services in the Anacortes area, this is a remarkable chance to contribute to the establishment of a new cardiology practice. We are looking for an individual who is dedicated to serving a rural community and is eager to join a compassionate, patient-focused medical team committed to enhancing the health and wellness of the Anacortes population. In this position, you will collaborate with a team of Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and physicians, providing opportunities for professional growth and leadership. Your responsibilities will encompass various tasks, including stress labs, inpatient rounding, and outpatient clinic duties, all while working closely with multiple specialties in a rural hospital setting.
Position Details:
- Four-day work week
- Utilization of the integrated Meditech Expanse EMR platform across the organization
- 1:4 inpatient call coverage
- Collaboration with a cohesive group of multi-specialty providers and support staff
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual compensation ranging from $121,464 to $148,456
- Sign-on bonus of $10,000
- Competitive base salary guarantee, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and productivity incentives during the first year

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Washington State
- Preferred experience in the field
