We are seeking a driven Telecommunications Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on outbound sales calls, appointment setting, and educating prospective clients on telecommunications products and services.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy sales, communication, and performance-based work and who are interested in long-term growth. While this is a sales-focused role, we provide structured training and development for those interested in advancing into leadership and management positions.
What Youll Do:
- Schedule qualified appointments for sales consultations
- Educate customers on telecommunications products and service options
- Answer questions and address basic client concerns
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Meet individual and team sales activity goals
- Complete assigned administrative and follow-up tasks
Training & Growth:
- Paid, hands-on training in telecommunications sales and customer communication
- Ongoing coaching to improve sales performance and confidence
- Opportunities to learn leadership, team coordination, and sales strategy
- Performance-based advancement into senior sales or management roles
What Were Looking For:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with prospects over the phone

Compensation:
