In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, managing incoming calls and inquiries, coordinating appointments, and providing administrative support to the Sales department.ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming sales and service calls, and greet visitors with a friendly and helpful attitudeSchedule, confirm, and follow up on sales and service appointmentsCoordinate inquiries with appropriate departments to resolve questions and issuesTrack sold vehicles and maintain hot sheetsConfirm special order parts and assist with sales lead follow-up by phone and internetManage paperwork and prepare required documentation including forms and reportsProvide general administrative assistance to the Sales department as neededPerform other related duties as assignedWork EnvironmentYou will work in a professional dealership setting that values teamwork, communication, and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with opportunities for advancement within the company.
Job Requirement:High school diploma or GEDPrevious experience in administrative, clerical, call center, or customer service rolesStrong organizational and time management skillsProficient with computers, internet, and Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional appearance and dependable work ethicKnowledge of the automotive industry is a plusExperience with dealership systems such as Reynolds and Reynolds is an advantage
