Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A contracted occupational therapist is needed to provide prehensive services across multiple settings, including home health, healthcare facilities, teletherapy platforms, and elementary school environments. This role is based in San Francisco, CA, and will support elementary-level students throughout the current school year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services in-home, healthcare, teletherapy, and school settings.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and educators to maximize student outes.
- Assess and monitor student progress, documenting outes and adjusting interventions accordingly.
- Provide teletherapy services when necessary, ensuring effective remote munication and therapy delivery.
Desired Qualifications:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in home health, healthcare, teletherapy, and school-based practice.
- Strong understanding of pediatric occupational therapy interventions in educational settings.
- Ability to manage a varied caseload efficiently across multiple environments.

- Familiarity with documentation standards and pliance requirements in school and healthcare contexts.
