We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Teacher's Aide to support our educational team in fostering a positive learning environment for Pre-K students. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a strong understanding of childhood development principles. This role is essential in assisting teachers with daily classroom activities and ensuring that each student receives the attention they need to thrive academically and socially. School hours are 8 A.M. - 3 P.M. different shifts possible.

Duties

• Assist the lead teacher in educational activities.
• Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
• Provide individualized support to students, including those with special needs or disabilities.
• Foster an inclusive environment for all students
• Maintain communication with teachers regarding student progress and any concerns.
• Supervise students during playtime, lunch, and other non-classroom activities.
• Assist with classroom management tasks, including organizing materials and maintaining cleanliness.

Requirements

• Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development.
• Familiarity behavior management strategies.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff.
• Classroom experience is highly desirable.
• Background in preschool education is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
