Are you looking for a change of pace at work, something out of the ordinary? We are a small consulting firm located in Windham looking for the right fit for an account manager position. We work with major manufacturers and importers around the world in the bedding and upholstered furniture industry to ensure they remain compliant with US and Canadian labeling law regulations. We need someone who is dependable, attentive to the details, able to communicate via email effectively and comfortable with managing an online portal and cloud-type documentation system. Must be able to manage multiple tasks for multiple clients (while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality) and be able to learn on your feet. Minimum associated degree required, website design a plus. Please only qualified applicants apply-we are a fun team in a niche industry to work with!
Job Duties:
- Manage multiple accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained
- Implement strategies for retaining customers requesting to terminate or downgrade their account
- Record changes to customer accounts, updating service packages, adding accounts, and removing accounts as needed
