RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

\n

• Work in Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, and Progressive Care Unit settings - must be comfortable with all three specialties
\n• Experience in Medical/Surgical setting with cardiac monitoring required
\n• 3+ years PCU, Med/Surg, Telemetry experience required
\n• Patient population ranges from newborn to geriatric
\n• RN/Patient ratio: 5:1 depending on acuity, higher acuity PCU patients 3:1 or 4:1 for both day and night shifts
\n• Every other weekend and holidays required if needed
\n• Must be able to work independently and hit the ground running
\n• Rural/small facility experience highly preferred
\n• Previous travel experience highly preferred
\n• Must have own vehicle for this assignment
\n• No non-billable orientation provided
\n• Dress code: Personal scrubs of any color
\n• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA)
\n• New Hampshire RN license or Compact required
\n• Must complete basic dysrhythmia test
\n• Skills checklists required for Medical Surgical, Telemetry, and Progressive Care Unit (current within 1 year)
\n• One supervisory signed reference from within past two years required
\n• Must reside more than 50 miles from facility
\n• All requested time off must be noted at upload - 5 days or less RTO approved for 13-week assignment
\n• Must have voicemail set up and note when available to be reached
