Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage employee onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.

• Coordinate and execute employee termination procedures in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

• Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, updates, and addressing employee inquiries.

• Perform background checks and ensure proper documentation is completed for all new hires.

• Prepare and manage legal forms and correspondence related to HR activities.

• Act as a trusted resource for employees, addressing HR-related questions and concerns professionally.

• Support compliance with labor laws and regulations, ensuring the organization adheres to all legal requirements.

• Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

• Provide bilingual support in Spanish to effectively communicate with employees and address their needs.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
• Proficiency in HR administration, including onboarding, terminations, and benefits management.
• Strong knowledge of legal forms, compliance, and employment laws.
• Experience conducting background checks and managing employee documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft precise legal correspondence.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage employee records and HR processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with team members.
