Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to timelines.
- Perform complex plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance on residential and commercial systems.
- Conduct inspections and troubleshoot plumbing issues to determine necessary repairs or upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Mentor and train junior plumbers and apprentices, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project costs.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in plumbing technology.
Qualifications
- Valid Master Plumber license in the state of Missouri.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing, with a strong background in both residential and commercial systems.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials and equipment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
