We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for managing basic office functions, including expense spreadsheets, QuickBooks, filing, and other administrative duties. This is a great opportunity to help make the world a better place with a professional who has been serving the community for over 40 years.
This is a part-time IN OFFICE position for approximately 10-20 hours a week.
Responsibilities:
- Print and file receipts
- Email maintenance
- Microsoft and Google Docs spreadsheets
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
- Ability to apply graphics and distribute newsletters and other communications to the database of clients
- Maintenance of the database
- Establish office systems and organization
Qualifications:
- Must have experience with QuickBooks
- Must have experience with Google Docs and MS Office
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience in the Holistic Health or Metaphysical fields is a plus
- Ability to work independently
