General Laborer
We are a rapidly growing trenchless pipe repair company seeking an experienced pipe lining tech to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who have experience with trenchless rehabilitation methods, including pipe bursting, pipe coating, and pipe lining for side sewers and drain systems.
We provide a clear path for growth with hands-on training, manufacturer instruction, and top-of-the-line equipment.This job is perfect for those with general laborer experience and/or aren't afraid of physical work outside in the elements. While having prior experience in trenchless pipe repair or the skilled trades is helpful, it is not required - having a positive, can-do attitude and a strong back is!
Driving Requirements: Must be 22+ with 5 years of a clean driving record for insurance eligibility.

· Availability: Must be able to work consistent 40 hour weeks, with occasional required overtime.

Job Duties:
- Assist with trenchless pipe lining, pipe bursting, and coating installations.
- Perform digging, light plumbing work, and site prep as needed.
- Safely operate company vehicles and equipment.
- Work alongside experienced crew members and participate in ongoing training programs.
- Travel occasionally for manufacturer-led training or assist visiting trainers on-site.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized job site.
