Manage FOH shifts in Full-service (Bar) Casual Dining Chain.
Experience required: At least 4 years with your CURRENT restaurant as an FOH Manager (including full bar) in a full-service restaurant doing at least 1500 dinner covers per week.
Compensations: $65-70k + Bonus + benefits that start the 1st of the month after you start.
Real chefs butcher and cook real food. You won't run kitchen shifts.
Client promotes GM's and RM's from within. The VP Ops and all Regional Managers have been restaurant managers with this chain
Excellent hours: Restaurant closes at 10:00, 9:00 on Sunday.
Schedule: 5, 10-hour shifts per week. Two days in a row off.
Reports to: General Managermployer!
