Job DescriptionDiversified Sourcing Solutions is looking for a talented Bilingual Staffing Coordinator. You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Poses a positive attitude, professionalism, and work well independently or within a team. This role is NOT remote.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for on-boarding new employees.
- Schedule candidate interviews
- Maintain employee profiles through ATS / CRM
- Source candidates utilizing internal and external resources
- Evaluate and screen resumes
- Maintain accurate onboarding documentation
- Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods
Skills
- Strong interfacing capabilities
- Comfortable in Corporate, Logistics, and Manufacturing environments
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Full understanding of phone and email etiquette
- Solid organization abilities
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Can Navigate through multiple processes
- Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
