Est. in 1988, Frieling is an importer/distributor of high-end gourmet cookware, kitchenware, and tabletop products from around the world. Our customers include retailers, e-commerce, consumers, dealers, hotels and restaurants in North America and abroad.
Primary Responsibilities Include
· Assist customers and sales representatives by phone and email
· Answer consumer questions through online retailers’ portals
· Daily assistance and backup for our order entry team
· Handle customers’ warranty cases
· Contact customers for order information
· Various office tasks such as answering phones, filing, researching information, assistance with Excel reports and presentations
Desired Skills & Experience
· High school diploma
· 1+ years of office experience
· Handle multiple tasks with grace and a smile
· Team attitude
· Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent organizational abilities, strong attention to detail
· Self-motivated with a sense of urgency
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, primarily Microsoft Excel
· Technical savvy to navigate through new software systems
· On occasion, must be able to stand for extended periods to assist with trade show setups
Job Type and Work Hours
· Full-time, Mo-Fri, 7:30-4:30 or 8:00-5:00
