This team member loves caring for patients and knows how to develop lasting trust. Shift Supervisors play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations during a specific shift, while assisting management in maintaining a high level of productivity and satisfaction for resident care. Could this be you? Currently looking for part-time and full-time second and third shift.
Responsibilities:

Observe and report changes in patient's condition to the supervising nurse.

Assist with geriatric care needs.

Assists residents with activities of daily living according to individual care plans.

Observes residents and reports to nursing any changes in physical, mental, and emotional condition.

Communicates and interacts in a professional, respectful, and hospitable manner.

Address customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

Train new staff members and provide ongoing training to existing employees

Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed during the shift

Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment

Assist with inventory control, including receiving and stocking supplies

Communicate any issues or concerns to upper management in a timely manner
Qualifications

Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently.

Ability to read, write, speak & understand the English language.

Must have no finding in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property.

Can foster good resident and family relationships.

Ability to effectively collaborate within a team environment.
-
A passion for working with elderly residents.

Experience in a long-term or assisted living facility a plus, but not required.
