Talent Acquisition Project ManagerPay Rate: $55-$70/hrHybrid in Framingham, MA6 month contract to start
The Talent Acquisition Project Manager (Contract) will support and drive critical operational initiatives across Bose’s global Talent Acquisition function. This individual contributor contractor role will focus on the execution of complex, cross-functional TA projects with a strong emphasis on technology implementation, systems optimization, and process improvement.
Partnering closely with the Manager, TA Operations this role will be responsible for hands-on project management and delivery of key TA programs, most notably the implementation and ongoing optimization of the Phenom People CRM. The Project Manager will operate in a highly matrixed, global environment, collaborating with TA, HR Technology, IT, HR, Marketing and external vendors to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with clear business outcomes.
This role requires a technically capable project manager who can translate business requirements into scalable system and process solutions while maintaining a strong user-centric mindset for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.

Responsibilities
Project & Program Management
- Manage day-to-day project management activities for Talent Acquisition initiatives, including planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder communication, and post-implementation support with a strong focus on user experience, delivery, timelines, and execution
TA Technology & Systems (Primary Focus)
- Serve as the primary project manager for the Phenom People CRM implementation in partnership with the TA Operations Manager, TA Leadership, HR Tech, IT, and the Phenom implementation team
- Support system configuration, testing, integrations, data validation, and deployment activities
- Translate TA business needs into clear functional and technical requirements
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, and status reporting
- Support change management, training coordination, and user adoption activities tied to new TA systems and tools
Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve TA processes, workflows, and system usage
- Support documentation of TA processes, system functionality, and best practices
- Gather feedback from recruiters and stakeholders to recommend enhancements and operational improvements
