Job Summary:
Pinnacle Site Solutions is seeking a motivated and experienced Construction Site Foreman to join our growing team! This hands-on leadership role is vital to ensuring our projects are executed safely, efficiently, and according to plan. As a Foreman, you will supervise field crews, coordinate daily site operations, and serve as the on-site decision maker to keep everything running smoothly and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule daily crew activities
- Ensure work aligns with project plans, specifications, and safety standards
- Lead daily jobsite safety meetings and enforce OSHA and company safety policies
- Inspect work for quality assurance and compliance
- Track labor, materials, and equipment usage; assist with daily reporting
- Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors
- Assist with layout, grade checking, and utility installation (storm, water, sewer, gas)
- Ensure proper maintenance and safe operation of equipment
- Address and resolve on-site issues quickly and professionally
- Train, mentor, and develop crew members with a focus on teamwork and accountability
- Foster a culture of pride in performance and safety-first mindset
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in civil site development or utility installation
- Demonstrated leadership experience in supervising construction crews
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and utility drawings
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations and jobsite safety
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation and field maintenance
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel to various job sites and work outdoors in varying conditions
Preferred Qualifications:
- OSHA certification (10 or 30)
- First Aid / CPR training
- Experience with KPA, Procore, or similar construction management tools
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
