Design & Sales Consultant – Chester Tile & Marble

Are you passionate about interior design and helping homeowners transform their spaces? Chester Tile & Marble is looking for a creative, motivated individual to join our sales team. Whether you are a seasoned pro or have a natural eye for design and a hunger to learn, we want to hear from you!

The Role

As a Design & Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our showroom, guiding clients through the selection process for tile, countertops, and cabinetry. You won’t just be selling products—you’ll be helping people build their dream kitchens and bathrooms.

What You’ll Do

• Consult with homeowners, contractors, and designers to select materials that fit their style and budget.
• Provide expert advice on tile patterns, stone durability, and cabinetry layouts.
• Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to final order.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and product launches.

What We’re Looking For

• A Strong Design Sense: You have an eye for color, texture, and layout. You can visualize how different materials work together.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience with tile, countertops, and cabinets is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. Ability to read blueprints and floor plans. Knowledge of NKBA standards.
• Tech-Savvy: Experience with 2020 Design Flex is a huge plus!
• Interpersonal Skills: You are a "people person" who enjoys building relationships and providing excellent customer service.
• Detail-Oriented: Precision is key when ordering materials and calculating measurements.
