We are currently seeking an experienced Clinical Dietitian with good interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in helping our elderly individuals at our Skilled Long-term Care facilities located in Cedartown and Cumming, Georgia.
This position gives you the flexibility to work at home and on-site!
ADDITIONAL MONTHLY TRAVEL STIPEND!
As the Clinical Dietitian, you will oversee the nutritional well-being of our residents. Conduct nutrition assessments, identifying residents’ nutritional needs and creating effective diet plans.
Clinical Registered Dietitian Key Duties
- Assess and monitors the Resident’s nutritional status, provide recommendations to medical staff, and develop adequate care plans.
- Evaluate the special needs of Residents regarding nutrition support, skin breakdown, and significant weight loss.
- Partner with the interdisciplinary team to review and adjust resident’s care plans.
- Work closely with Speech Pathologists to ensure appropriate mechanically altered diets are provided for residents with dysphagia.
- Perform other job-related duties as they become required.
Clinical Dietitian Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Nutrition or Dietetics, or equivalent field. Completion of the accredited Dietetic Internship program.
- Certification and or Licensure State of Georgia. Licensed Dietitian (LD) or Licensed Nutritionist (LN) or ADA Registered Dietitian (RD).
