Vera Health is building AI-powered healthcare tools with a large clinical user base. The team is focused on rapid iteration, user feedback-driven development, and shipping AI features that directly impact patient and clinician outcomes.
The Role
Founding product engineer working directly with founders to own product areas end to end. Heavy focus on user interaction, rapid iteration, and shipping AI-powered features to a large clinical user base. Product taste and speed matter more than deep infrastructure work.
What You'll Do
- Own product areas end-to-end from ideation through shipping
- Ship AI-powered features to a large consumer/clinical user base
- Drive rapid iteration cycles with real user feedback
- Work with analytics, A/B testing, and experimentation frameworks
- Integrate LLMs into production product experiences
- Translate messy user problems into simple product solutions
What We're Looking For
- 2 to 6+ years shipping production code in product-driven environments
- Strong product intuition and ability to ideate, spec, and ship independently
- Full stack experience with hands-on LLM integration
- Direct user engagement and feedback-driven development
- Experience with analytics, A/B testing, and experimentation
Visa: H-1B, O-1 supported
Red Flags
Over 10 years experience. Primarily backend or infrastructure focused. Lack of product sense.
