Job DescriptionThe Role: Production Technician I
We are seeking a hands-on Production Technician I to assemble, test, and document high-precision motion systems and components. This is a critical role working with advanced technology at a dynamic point in our product evolution.
Pay Rate: 20 to 25/hr - pay based on experience
You will:

Assemble precision mechanical and electromechanical systems
-
Perform final testing and validation to ensure products meet strict quality and performance standards

Work closely with Manufacturing and Test Engineering teams
-
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance

What You’ll Do

Assemble and test products to meet customer delivery and performance requirements

Pull materials and build assemblies per standard operating procedures and engineering drawings

Interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions

Integrate, test, and inspect components using precision measuring instruments

Troubleshoot and resolve build or quality issues alongside Manufacturing Engineering

Prepare and package finished goods for shipment

Participate in 5S and continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Required:
-
Experience in mechanical assembly and testing
-
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and documentation
-
Ability to perform acceptance and performance testing to ensure compliance with specifications

Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills
Preferred:
-
Experience with precision motion systems or medical device assembly
-
Troubleshooting experience in precision positioning systems
-
Familiarity with metrology equipment and measurement/testing of motion control systems
Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
