About the Role
Are you a highly organized administrative professional with a background in government processes? We are seeking a Public Health Operations Support Specialist to support a major, cross-cutting federal Public Health Infrastructure Grant (PHIG).
In this role, you will work closely with executive leadership to coordinate operations across three complex, agency-wide strategy areas: Workforce Development, Foundational Capabilities, and Data Modernization. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in modernizing and supporting critical public health infrastructure.

Key Responsibiliti
- esGrant & Project Administration: Assist with complex tasks involved in implementing and administering a major, agency-wide grant that supports various divisions and program
- s.Workflow Coordination: Manage and streamline the flow of work across strategy areas and diverse agency programs; track projects through execution and elevate issues requiring follow-u
- p.Procurement Support: Assist with purchasing and procuring goods and services aligned with grant goal
- s.Data & File Management: Organize and maintain official electronic files in MS Teams and SharePoint to ensure information is easily searchable and properly cataloge
- d.Analysis & Reporting: Study operational procedures, analyze data, and prepare detailed, comprehensive reports featuring findings and recommendation
- s.Liaison & Communication: Assist with inter-agency communication and coordination with other regional/state public health team
