A Skilled Nursing Facility in Princeton, IN is currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to lead its clinical team. Position Overview:
The Director of Nursing is responsible for overseeing all aspects of clinical operations within the skilled nursing and long-term care setting. This includes ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, promoting person-centered care, managing nursing staff performance, and supporting positive resident outcomes.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Direct and supervise all nursing department operations
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
  • Oversee infection control, documentation, and quality assurance programs
  • Lead and mentor nursing staff to achieve clinical excellence
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintain a culture of compassion, professionalism, and accountability

Qualifications:

  • Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Indiana
  • Minimum of 1 years of clinical management or supervisory experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
  • Passion for resident-centered care and team development
