We are hiring a Receptionist to support the front office of a busy revenue collection company. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a professional environment, handling front desk duties, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors and clients in a courteous manner

Answer incoming calls and route to appropriate departments

Maintain front desk organization and manage appointment schedules

Perform basic clerical tasks including data entry, filing, and mail handling

Support internal staff with administrative needs as requested
What We're Looking For:

Previous receptionist or front desk experience preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook)

Dependable, organized, and professional demeanor

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
