Salary Range: $45,000 - $76,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machinery (mills, lathes, grinders).
- Read and interpret blueprints, G-code, and engineering specifications.
- Perform quality inspections of finished parts using precision measuring instruments.
- Load and unload raw materials and tooling into machines.
- Monitor machine operations, detect malfunctions, and make necessary adjustments.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to ensure production efficiency.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience operating CNC mills and lathes.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Expertise in using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Solid understanding of G-code and M-code for program editing and troubleshooting.
- Ability to perform tool changes, offsets, and basic machine maintenance.
- Knowledge of different materials and their machining characteristics.
Bonus Qualifications
- Proficiency with advanced CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360)
- Experience with multi-axis machining (4-axis, 5-axis)
- Basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting skills
- Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience
