Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A school-based position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services during the Extended School Year (ESY) and the upcoming academic year. This contract role is located in Fremont, CA, and offers the opportunity to support students in a dynamic educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services aligned with individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication goals.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of intervention strategies.
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) highly preferred.
- Experience working in a school setting providing speech-language services.
- Ability to supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) if applicable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and school staff.
Location:
