Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily dispatch operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Communicate with freight carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Monitor shipments and provide updates to customers regarding delivery statuses.
• Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records using Excel and other tools.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries or issues related to logistics.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize shipping routes and reduce transit times.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Assist with inventory management and related documentation.
• Generate and analyze reports to evaluate logistics performance.
• Proven experience in logistics, dispatching, or a related field.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on effective communication.
• Proficiency in Excel for data management and reporting.
• Familiarity with freight carriers and shipping processes.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
