Responsibilities:
• Analyze and interpret financial reports, identifying trends and key performance indicators to support strategic decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation and management of budgets, including forecasting and compliance monitoring.
• Review billing processes for accuracy and ensure timely documentation across teams.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve internal financial systems and workflows.
• Conduct audits to evaluate staff performance and ensure adherence to financial policies.
• Utilize financial modeling techniques to support ad hoc analysis and variance reporting.
• Perform account adjustments and data mining to resolve discrepancies and optimize financial operations.
• Provide actionable insights through data analytics to enhance business performance.
• Maintain proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel to manage and report financial data effectively.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel, including advanced functions.
• Background in small business or healthcare settings is preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to deliver constructive feedback and uphold ethical standards.
• Familiarity with financial modeling, variance analysis, and data mining techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
