Job Description
HiFyve is hiring a Controls Engineer in the automotive manufacturing industry in Cleveland, OH (Lorain County)!
 
Salary: $90,000 $100,000/year
Shift: Day Shift 
Location: Cleveland, OH (Lorain County)
 
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Maintain and troubleshoot PLCs, robotics, and automated systems</li>
<li>Oversee preventative and predictive maintenance programs</li>
<li>Support facility equipment (boilers, generators, compressors, etc.)</li>
<li>Track maintenance KPIs and document PMs for audits</li>
<li>Assist with ISO/IATF compliance and documentation</li>
<li>Supervise and train maintenance staff as needed</li>
<li>Ensure safety and NFPA 70 compliance</li>
<li>Coordinate contractor work and support improvement initiatives</li>
</ul>
 
Education Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Bachelors degree in Engineering</li>
</ul>
 
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
<ul>
<li>5+ years in maintenance within manufacturing</li>
<li>Proficient in PLCs, VFDs, and control systems</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving and communication skills</li>
<li>Familiar with ISO/IATF standards and safety practices</li>
<li>Able to train staff and manage technical documentation</li>
