We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with exceptional communication skills, an upbeat enthusiastic and positive demeanor, and prior customer service experience to join our team! This position will be at our corporate office. You will be responsible for assisting customers by providing product and service information as well as resolving any issues.
Responsibilities:
- Offer outstanding customer service regarding information about our products, services, or deliveries
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Managing return tickets
- Back-up for daily paperwork of closure duties
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with solid tenure in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong administrative skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus but not required
