- Assignment Length: 13 weeks (Start: January 5, 2026 – End: April 6, 2026)\n
- Facility Type: Acute Care, Medical/Surgical Admissions Unit (15 private beds)\n
- Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts (07:00–19:30 or 19:00–07:30)\n
- Schedule: Every other weekend and holiday required\n
- Guaranteed Hours: 48 hours per week\n
- Employment Type: Travel RN, On-Site\n
- Dress Code: Navy Blue Scrubs\n
\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (open to candidates awaiting North Dakota RN licensure)\n
- Minimum 2 years of recent medical/surgical nursing experience\n
- Level 1 Trauma Center experience required\n
- Proficiency with EPIC charting system\n
- BLS certification (AHA required)\n
- Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced healthcare environment\n
- Comfortable with rotating shifts\n
- Travel nurses must reside outside a 60-mile radius of the facility\n
\n\nMed/Surg RN Responsibilities\n

- Deliver high-quality nursing care to medical/surgical patients\n
- Perform initial admissions and ongoing patient care in the admissions unit\n
- Utilize EPIC for electronic charting, Zebra phones for communication, Omnicell for medication management, and Aleris IV pumps\n
- Float to other medical/surgical units as needed\n
- Maintain nurse-to-patient ratios of 5:1 (Days) and 6:1 (Nights)\n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes\n
- Comply with all safety, infection control, and quality standards\n
