Location: New York City, NY (in-person, 4 days a week with 1 flex day for focused work)

Compensation: $190,000 - $250,000 per year, plus equity

What You'll Own

- Design, build, and ship full-stack product features end-to-end across frontend and backend systems

- Engage directly with customers to understand their problems and incorporate feedback into product improvements

- Set technical direction and patterns within your product area

- Build intuitive interfaces and APIs that help users understand and trust AI-powered workflows

- Improve system reliability, performance, and scalability as the platform grows

What You'll Bring

- Strong full-stack proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, React, and Next.js, with TypeScript fluency essential

- A track record of real autonomy, able to take a fuzzy customer problem and scope it into a project without detailed guidance

- 2+ years of professional engineering experience in startup or fast-paced environments

- Based in New York, with the ability to work in person

Nice to Have

- A computer engineering background or formal study in computer engineering

- A significant GitHub contribution history demonstrating consistent shipping velocity

- Experience as a founding engineer or early hire at an early-stage startup

- A background as a competitive athlete

This is a high-autonomy product engineering seat at a fast-growing company with no product managers, where engineers work directly with customers and have significant ownership over what gets built and how.
