About the Role
As a Onboarding Specialist you will guide new clients through the setup and activation of our platform. You’ll be the go-to expert ensuring clients are fully trained, configured, and optimized for success. This is a structured, detail-driven role that requires excellent communication, strong technical troubleshooting, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
What You’ll Do
- Lead customers from training to full account activation.
- Configure clients content for maximum performance across the platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve onboarding and technical issues.
- Develop and improve onboarding resources (guides, templates, help articles).
- Accurately track progress and communication in CRM.
- Set clear expectations with clients and hold firm to structured processes.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2–3 years’ experience in onboarding, product support, or technical helpdesk.
- Strong problem-solving skills with proven troubleshooting ability.
- Excellent organization and multitasking — able to manage multiple clients at different stages.
- Professional, clear, and confident communicator.
- Comfortable in a structured, process-driven environment.
- Bonus: Knowledge of HTML/CSS, WordPress, or CMS tools.

- Hybrid role (Austin Highland office + home).
