As a Robotics Field Operations Associate, you’ll be a key operator supporting Serve’s robot delivery services and advancing our operations. From supporting in-field deployment to aiding our product development with insights, you’ll be essential to bringing our robots to the streets!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Execute commercial end-to-end deliveries using our Serve robots in active market areas.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for field issues, maintaining smooth operations.
- Assist in deploying robots to and from the field and ensure they’re maintained and clean.
- Support day-to-day decision-making to prioritize resources, execute test plans, and troubleshoot field challenges.
- Collect and communicate feedback to development teams, helping shape our robot and operational tools.
- Act as a point of contact for Serve merchants, customers, and partners as they engage with our robots.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: We accept entry level candidates with superb communication skills and a willingness to learn
- Adaptability: Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Multitasking: Able to handle multiple projects or tasks at any given time
- Collaboration: Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to work across teams.
- Driver’s License: Valid U.S. driver’s license and comfortable with driving vans for deployment.
- Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 70 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Availability: Full-time commitment with set schedules, including day and night shifts. (Weekends may be required.)
