What You’ll Be Doing
As a Mortgage Loan Officer with us, you’ll be responsible for driving client acquisition and loan origination — with a primary focus on purchase loans and referral relationships:
- Build and nurture relationships with Realtors and referral partners
- Educate homebuyers on mortgage options and guide them through the loan process
- Manage loan pipelines from origination through closing
- Utilize provided CRM, marketing tools, and resources to grow your business
- Collaborate with in-house processing to ensure efficient loan delivery
- Maintain compliance with state/federal lending regulations
This role prioritizes purchase-focused production, with refinances as a secondary component — but top performers in any channel are welcome.
What You’ll Receive
Compensation Earnings
- Competitive 100% commission W-2 structure
- Typical earnings range from $55,000–$200,000+, depending on production and referrals
- Profit-sharing and recruiting bonus opportunities
- Opportunity for inbound lead support based on production level
Tools, Support Training
- Structured onboarding mentorship program (1–2 weeks) with leadership and top producers
- Bonzo CRM for lead, referral, and pipeline management
- Free Rate Update leads and setup with social media/website tools
- Dedicated in-house processing support on all loans
- Licensing support — including guidance on expanding into additional states
Qualifications
- Current and active NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator License (required)
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer preferred (ideal background in Realtor referral generation, purchase origination, pipeline management)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and business-development oriented
- Comfortable working remotely with optional access to office space as needed
