JOB SUMMARYWe are seeking a motivated Mailroom and Print Operations Associate to support our customer site. This role involves processing and sorting incoming mail and packages, completing copy and print jobs, and providing excellent customer service. The position is primarily virtual interview via Teams and requires the candidate to work on-site. This is a 12-month assignment with the potential to become permanent based on performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process and sort incoming USPS mail and 3rd party carrier packages (UPS, FedEx).
- Complete copy and print jobs using provided copier equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient mailroom/print area.
- Lift and move packages up to 30 lbs safely.
- Learn new skills and adapt to production and mailroom operations as required.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong customer service background.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Experience in production print, mailroom, or related operations is preferred.
- Ability to lift and move packages under 30 lbs.
EDUCATION DETAILSHigh school diploma or equivalent.
YEARS OF EXPERIENCEPrior experience in mailroom, print production, or customer service preferred.
