Compensation: Base salary + uncapped commission (commissions paid weekly)
About the Role
Odyssey Contracting is growing and looking for a proven Outside Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment. You'll run company-provided, qualified appointments with homeowners, scope projects, build trust, and close deals in exterior and interior remodeling (decks, additions, sunrooms, siding, roofing, windows/doors, etc.).
What You'll Do

Run in-home consultations from company-provided leads; perform needs assessments and basic measurements.

Educate homeowners on products, design options, and construction methods; build value and urgency.

Create proposals, present pricing/financing, negotiate, and close.

Manage your pipeline, follow up relentlessly, and hit weekly/monthly targets.

Document every interaction in the CRM and coordinate clean handoffs to production.

Represent Odyssey with professionalism at all times (evenings/weekends common).

Product knowledge in construction/home remodeling (materials, methods, timelines).

Comfortable using CRM tools (experience with systems like AccuLynx a plus).

Comfort presenting pricing and securing signatures on the spot.
Schedule & Territory

Full-time; afternoons/evenings and weekends as required by homeowner availability.
