Job Details
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Engineer to join our team. In this full-time, on-site role, you will ensure product quality, maintain ISO 9001 standards, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee quality control processes to ensure products meet customer and regulatory requirements
- Conduct inspections and functional testing of RFID tags, labels, and related products
- Support ISO 9001 certification through documentation, audits, and compliance activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Analyze data to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Maintain accurate QA and compliance documentation
- Participate in internal and external audits
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field (recent grads encouraged to apply)
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems (audit/certification experience a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a hands-on, production-driven environment
Schedule:
- Full-time, on-site role
- Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
