Receptionist Responsibilities:
- As a receptionist you will greet and direct visitors, vendors and family members of residents.
- You will answer telephone calls to the main telephone for the facility.
- You will accept applications for employment from Candidates and notify the Director of Nursing or designee of the applicant’s presence.
- You will type facility log sheets.
- You will provide clerical support services as assigned.
Requirements:
Receptionist Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Type 45 net words per minute.
- Passing score on Assessment Survey Test.
- One year experience preferred.
