What You'll Do
- Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations
- Hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Drive sales while controlling food, labor, and operating costs

What We're Looking For
- Current restaurant management experience is required
- Strong preference for Fast Casual General Managers or Full Service Restaurant Managers
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and retain teams
- Solid understanding of restaurant financials, labor management, and P&L performance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Passion for hospitality and guest service
